A new residential neighborhood that combines residential construction in a variety of densities that blend into the mountainous topography.
In planning, according to the outline plan: 60 dunams constructed on a free-standing mountain and includes 12 units per dunam, a total of approx. 300 units.
In addition – parks, country club, hotels and commercial spaces, public institutions and tourism.
The complex is located at the eastern end of the city of Safed, near Rosh Pina, overlooking the Kinneret basin and the Golan mountains, adjacent to a high-quality open space and “ecological corridor”. The complex is adjacent to route 899 going up from Rosh Pina to Safed, and includes an entrance junction and direct road to the neighborhood.
This project will change the face of the area and is aimed at the medium-high socio-economic population.
